What is Total Laser Health?

Total laser health is a rehabilitation clinic that specialises in the alleviation of pain and injury using Low Intensity Laser Therapy (LILT).

Low Intensity Laser Therapy is an advanced approach for healing soft tissue injuries. We use Meditech's BioFlex System the most advanced laser therapy system available to provide therapy that is non-toxic, non-invasive, safe, cost effective, and a superior alternative to pain killers, anti-inflammatory's and other medications.

Benefits Include Pain Relief. Decrease use of pharmaceuticals. Increase range of motion and mobility. Total Laser Health's goal is to return you to a lifestyle without injury, discomfort or pain.

What is Low Intensity Laser Therapy?

Low Intensity Laser Therapy (Laser therapy) uses light from laser diodes and/or Super Luminous Diodes (SLDs) (SLDs are very bright LEDs) to treat musculoskeletal injuries, chronic and degenerative conditions. The light source is placed in direct contact with the skin allowing the light energy to penetrate into the tissue, where it interacts with various intracellular biomolecules resulting in the restoration of normal cell function and enhancement of the body’s healing processes.

Since Laser Therapy is low power, the light does not produce enough heat to destroy tissue. The only thing the patient feels is mild warmth due to the fact that all light sources generate some heat.

Our highly trained staff will be able to create a treatment program specific to your condition and needs.
